About Bishopquestions Septic: A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Who We Are
Bishopquestions Septic is a referral service. We help homeowners in Houston and the Houston area find a local septic or sewer provider. That is the whole job.
We do not pump tanks. We do not fix pipes. We do not own trucks. We refer. They work.
Why We Exist
Septic and sewer trouble is stressful. A slow drain turns into a backup. A soggy yard turns into a smell. Most people do not know who to call.
So we built a simple starting point. You tell us what is wrong. We connect you with an independent provider who handles that kind of work.
The goal is a job done right. A sound system protects your home. It also protects its value when you sell.
Who Does the Work
Independent providers in our network do the work. They run their own businesses. They hire their own crews. They set their own prices. They answer for their own work.
When we say "the provider," we mean them. Not us.
How Providers Are Matched
You reach out by phone or request form. You share the problem and your general area. We route your request to a provider in the network who covers that area and does that kind of job.
Availability varies. Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers to deal with homeowners honestly. That means:
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give a written quote before work starts.
- Hold any licenses or permits the local rules require.
- Treat your property with care.
Providers carry their own credentials. We do not issue them and we do not vouch for them.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not do the work.
- We do not set prices.
- We do not promise a result.
- We do not decide insurance claims.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Here is the honest part. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay us to be connected. The provider's quote is the price you see. Get it in writing.
