Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover how you use bishopquestions.rest and the services offered through it by Bishopquestions Septic. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What Bishopquestions Septic Does
Bishopquestions Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.
Providers Work on Their Own
The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.
Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get it in writing: ask for a written quote.
Information Only, Not Advice
The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.
What We Expect From You
Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.
Calls, Texts and Emails
When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email contact@bishopquestions.rest.
Ownership of Content
The content and design of this site belong to Bishopquestions Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Limits on Our Liability
The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Bishopquestions Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
