How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Bishopquestions Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Write to us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Bishopquestions Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If the trouble involves work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers that keep falling short may be removed. But Bishopquestions Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@bishopquestions.rest. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with a licensed plumbing or septic contractor, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
